Buck Knob Island is a pristine island in Lake Glenville. Most home sites are gently sloped. Views vary from long lake vistas to glimpses of quiet coves. A private landing, road and golf cart path make it easy to get around. A private boat dock is allowed at each home site. Each of the top of the island (not lakefront) home sites is granted a slip at the community lot.

Amenities available to island residents include use of the land side landing, covered parking, pavilion, park and dockage. A water taxi will be maintained by the Homeowners Association along with the services of a full-time Resident Caretaker.

Lake Glenville is the perfect recreational amenity. As one of the largest man-made mountain lakes in the area at 1,400 acres, with 26 miles of shoreline, you'll find no end to the fun you can have. Buck Knob Island's elevation at 3,500 feet above sea level assures cool, playable summer days. All around the island are scenic mountains of 4,000 to 5,000 feet. From quiet canoe rides, to fishing, swimming and waterskiing, Lake Glenville will become your family's private paradise.
